Originally working in HR & recruitment, she specialises in stakeholder management, administration and process improvement, and she’s been the backstage powerhouse orchestrating new-joiner onboarding and large-scale programmes across corporate clients. 

🛠️ With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organised approach, Sinead thrives when timelines are tight. Her experience with big corporate clients means she brings practical insights and a polished professionalism that empowers both clients and team alike.

🤍 Our incredible friend and Director, Lucy Funnell sadly passed away on 24th July 2021, after 10 months of courageously dealing with cancer.  

For anyone that knew Lucy well, you’ll know that she was purposeful about enabling brilliance – whether that was in her own pursuit of physical and mental strength, for the clients and organisations she coached and trained within, for our families and team members alike.  

She had an unwavering belief that people have brilliance within them, and that it was her job to enable it to shine. Her boundless energy and enthusiasm for most things in life and work brought light and possibility to every day.    

We are so grateful that those in People Untapped, and so many others, have had the privilege of being able to play alongside her. Her legacy lives on in our work.  🤍
