Female leadership.

Getting to know more women within the organisation. Going through this as a group was so valuable to build a bigger support network and see all of the different topics from a different perspective.

Gain confidence in myself and my ability. I applied for the program to develop my leadership skills but also to develop my confidence in my capabilities to become a leader. I started off with no real voice within my department; I am finishing it with the confidence to use my voice to effect change. I have been able to use so much of what I have learnt which in turn has opened up numerous doors for me already.

Confidence in communication and in confrontational conversations, I have grown exponentially in both of these areas, this has meant that instead of asking others to deal with a potentially difficult conversation I have felt empowered to do this myself.

One impact has been that I have been able to bring more value to training and coaching new starters, which in turn has meant I have been given further opportunities to continue to provide training and support within my department.

I've been promoted to lead which, in tandem with this development program, has been the perfect accompaniment. It’s meant that I've got onto very positive footing in my new role and I'm confident in being able to reciprocate what I've learnt on to others which will be a huge benefit for the company.

Building trust, especially over zoom. A good balance of 'teaching', reflecting and getting us to do. Good use of external materials - videos / articles and other things. Making space for conversations and discussions whilst moving the sessions forward.

This has been the best training I've experienced in my career. Particularly see the 6-month period a great success, so we can go away and put learnings into reality, before learning more.

It's been a fantastic programme - and I am really grateful to have been a part of it. Thank you - it's given me both time, space and tools to reflect on my career, and I feel that the experience has been unbelievably valuable.

This has been an incredibly positive experience for me overall. The learning and development aspect was excellent as expected, but one of the most valuable outcomes has been the opportunity to make connections with other ambitious, passionate, hardworking women within the organisation. I am sure many of these friendships will carry on long after the program ends.

I think the biggest impact will be in terms of communication between individuals and participants advocating for diversity in leadership styles within the organisation which will improve the versatility of our teams.

One of the most valuable things is the network and trust we have built within the group of participants.

All the facilitators were calm, collected and knowledgeable. They created an environment where it was okay to be open and honest about experiences, letting us learn from each other very easily. Being able to relate experiences to the learning material was very powerful. Having the space to discuss this with each other made it even better.

I have loved every minute of it. I feel fortunate to not only work with such inspiring women within my organisation but am also so grateful to Kate and Natasha for their time, knowledge and guidance.

This course has been amazing to be a part of. Not only has the group been fantastic to get to know and bond with, but the coaching staff, course moderators and the topics of the modules have been mind-opening. It’s been a journey for me and made me realise that I’m not limited in who I can be or what I can do.
