  • Talent identification & assessment – designing and facilitating stretching talent review processes & building robust, cross-functional succession plans for core roles & retention risk assessments.
  • Strategic organisation design projects – to really ensure that the structure of the organisation meets future & changing business needs – This is especially valuable support for growing smaller start-ups & medium-sized businesses. For these organisations we also have experience of designing & developing core people management processes & policies & then building the accompanying skills in these managers & employees alike.
  • We have some open programmes specifically designed for tech start-ups and SMEs for this purpose.
  • We also have qualified and experienced HR generalists within the team who are able to consult on an ad-hoc basis for individual employee issues or queries on an hourly rate basis.

(We really don’t love restructuring exercises designed primarily to reduce headcount for cost-cutting purposes, so if that’s what you are after, feel free to get in touch, and we can refer you to brilliant people we know that are experts in this field!).
